Replacement and Spare Parts
During the servicing of your in-situ dilution probe, there are various consumable parts that we sometimes need to replace. We are often asked if we make these parts available directly to the customer for spare parts inventory. Yes, we do. As well as many other critical replacement parts for your dilution probes, probe heaters and other gas samplers - and of course we supply parts for the old EPM Environmental CEM dilution installations.
CEMS Dilution Sampler Service & Repair
EPM OOS Sampler Service
We still offer Full Service for your old EPM Model 797.380 Series Out-of-Stack Diluting Samplers. Whether you wish to have the entire system gone over and/or rebuilt, or just the dilution probe from the sampler, we can keep it running for years to come. Through service and spare parts, gaskets or critical orifice replacements.
In-Situ Dilution Probe Service
Our Standard Service is the most common, and includes an overall external and internal cleaning of the probe-tip. After the final testing has been completed, the test data is recorded and a Performance Certificate accompanies the serviced instruments.
Critical Orifice Service
Critical Orifice Service
Critical Orifice Service includes cleaning, testing and fine-filter replacement. If the piece is cracked or chipped at the stem tip, we may be able to repair this.
Once serviced, A Performance Certificate is also provided to you, noting the nominal flow rate verses actual tested flow rate after service
